Return to Killeenduff National School – Parental Declaration form
The school will re-open fully for all classes on Monday 15th.
Parent’s of pupils 3rd-6th are required to fill in the declaration form (link below) for their child(ren) prior to return to school on Monday.
For any subsequent absences, this form has to be fill in on return to school.
